Running Grid Fundraising Support – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to fundraising and community support arrangements offered by TC Entertainment Limited trading as Running Grid (“Running Grid”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. Eligibility

Running Grid welcomes support requests from eligible organisations and community groups, including:

• Schools, PTAs and educational organisations;

• Sports clubs and teams;

• University clubs and student organisations;

• Registered charities and not-for-profit organisations; and

• Community groups organising fundraising activities for legitimate purposes.

All requests are subject to approval. Running Grid reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its reasonable discretion.

2. Types of Support

Running Grid may provide the following forms of support, subject to availability and approval:

A. Fundraising Voucher Donations

Running Grid may donate complimentary game vouchers to approved organisations for use in fundraising raffles, auctions, prize draws or community events.

B. Community and Club Discounts

Running Grid may offer approved organisations special booking rates, promotional codes or group discounts for their members or participants.

The type, value, quantity and conditions of support will be confirmed by Running Grid.

Running Grid does not provide cash donations, sponsorship payments or revenue-sharing contributions under this programme.

3. Approval and Availability

All support requests must be approved by Running Grid in advance.

Approval may depend on:

• The purpose and nature of the fundraising activity;

• The organisation's eligibility;

• The participating Running Grid location;

• Available promotional resources;

• The requested timing; and

• Operational considerations.

Submission of an application does not guarantee support.

4. Complimentary Vouchers

Where complimentary vouchers are provided:

• Vouchers are valid only for the games, locations and sessions specified;

• Vouchers are subject to their stated expiry dates;

• Advance booking may be required;

• Bookings are subject to availability;

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Vouchers cannot be resold separately for commercial gain;

• Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted; and

• Lost, stolen or expired vouchers may
