Membership Referral Reward – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Running Grid referral programme, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1) How the referral works

• Existing Running Grid members (“Referrer”) may refer new users via a unique referral link or code.

• A referral is successful when the referred person (“Referee”) registers a new Running Grid account using the referral link or code.

2) New user definition

• A “new user” is someone who:

  • Has never registered a Running Grid account before, and

  • Has never made a booking with Running Grid.

• Running Grid reserves the right to determine whether a user qualifies as a new user.

3) Referral reward

• Once a referral is validated:

  • The Referrer receives a $10 referral voucher.

  • The Referee receives a $10 referral voucher.

• Referral vouchers are issued after successful account registration by the Referee.

4) Use of referral voucher

• Referral vouchers:

  • Can be used only for online bookings.

  • Cannot be combined with any other voucher, promo code, or discount offer.

  • Can be used together with Grid Wallet credit or gift cards.

  • Are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

5) Limits & fair use

• Referral rewards are intended for genuine referrals only.

• Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or any form of abuse are not permitted.

• Running Grid may withhold, reverse, or cancel referral vouchers if misuse is suspected.

6) Timing & availability

• Referral vouchers are subject to system validation and may not be issued instantly.

• Running Grid is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues.

7) Changes or termination

• Running Grid may modify, suspend, or end the referral programme at any time.

• Changes apply prospectively and do not affect vouchers already issued.
